Each offer is a stock lot and is unique and hence is a one-time opportunity. We do not deal with regular production but only with stock lots that are ready to ship. Our stocks are sold on first come first serve basis.

We have associates and alliances with dealers of stock lots and also with distributors and stockists through whom we procure and source our goods. Not all times we carry the stocks physically at our end and hence, some of the stocks offered by us are with these stockists and distributors.
All orders must be paid in advance before we ship the goods, as this is the payment policy adopted in the stock lot industry. We accept credit cards ,pay pal & Escrow.

All goods are shipped within 7 days after the funds have been received in our bank. Once shipped we provide the tracking details so that the customers can check the status of the shipments, unless otherwise stated. All goods are shipped through UPS, FedEx, TNT and DHL except otherwise stated.

All shipping and delivery costs are to be borne by the customers unless otherwise stated in our offers or at Bestcasuals. It is expressly understood that the customer is liable for any duties, taxes, local taxes, license fees, etc. and that Bestcasuals and or its agents, associates, partners and affiliated companies are not liable for such charges and / or taxes.

It is expressly understood that Bestcasuals and or its agents, associates, partners and affiliated companies are not liable and are not responsible for the customs clearance of the goods shipped as the liability is with the carriers only. Bestcasuals and or its agents, associates, partners and affiliated companies would not be held responsible for any customs related issues.

All our stocks are brand new fresh stocks free from any defects. However, should you have any quality issues, please contact us as we always have an open ear to our customer queries.

Buyers agree that due to the nature of stock lot business all sales are final.

We generally ship within two (2) business days of receipt of cleared payment, unless we otherwise notify you on certain larger and other orders. Specifically, we pack and ship all Orders one day per week as this enables us to allocate merchandise efficiently to each and every Order and maximize the resale value for you. Therefore, depending on the shipping day and the time of your order, it may take up to ten days (10) for you to receive your order from the time of ordering. All goods purchased from www.bestcasuals.com are F.O.B. at our Packing center (i.e., you are responsible for the cost of shipping them from our Packing center to your location. Title to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery by the Packing center to a common carrier.

For all international orders, customers are responsible for customs and import duties of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, www.bestcasuals.com cannot determine what these levies will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Return Policy
We offer a 100% return policy – see the www.bestcasuals.com Guarantee. If you do not like an order, please ship it back to us within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs, and any payment collection fees that we may have incurred (such as credit card fees).*

In order for us to process a return, you must provide to us the UPS tracking number (unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing) within 48 hours working day hours of receipt by you. In addition, you must include all the merchandise that was purchased in exactly the condition that you received it.
